The training program is selected on the basis of EPA's program, with consultation from Japanese partners, experienced Japanese teachers and experts.

Elementary, intermediate Japanese language training (N4, N3)
2. TRAINING SUBJECTS
For trainees who wish to apply for attending Kaigo (Midwife) Technical Intern training program in Japan of LOD Human Resource Development Corporation.
3. TRAINING DURATION
9 months to 12 months
4. CONTENT OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM
Pre-enrollment training
- Career orientation. Determine the purpose and objectives of participating in Kaigo (Midwife) Technical Intern training program.
- Basic skills training to buid confidence when participating in the enrollment process.
- Equip knowledge about Japanese culture, country and people.
- Equip elementary Japanese language.
Post-admission training
LOD conducts Japanese language training and professional practice to identify qualified Interns who have good qualities and love the profession. Training content includes:
- Japanese language training at elementary and intermediate levels
- Orientational education
- Japanese culture – customs – traditions
- Physical fitness training
- Professional training and practice
